Return and refund policy

Thank you for shopping at Kellington Fashion. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we understand that sometimes you may need to return an item. This policy sets out our procedures for returns and refunds, and your rights as a consumer.
  1. Returns We accept returns within 30 days of the date of delivery, as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging. To initiate a return, please complete the contact form below and include your order number, the reason for the return, and any supporting photos if applicable. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item, and we will arrange for a return shipping label if the return is due to our error.

  2. Refunds Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it is unused and in its original packaging. If the item meets our return criteria, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If the return is due to our error, we will refund the full purchase price including shipping costs.

  3. Exchanges If you have ordered the wrong size and would like to exchange the item, please contact form below within 30 days of the date of delivery, and include your order number, the reason for the exchange, and the desired size. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item, and we will cover the cost of shipping for the exchange. The replacement item will be shipped to you at no additional cost.

  4. Faulty or damaged items If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please complete the contact form below within 48 hours of receipt of the item, and include your order number, a description of the issue, and any supporting photos if applicable. We will arrange for a replacement item to be shipped to you at no additional cost, or provide you with a full refund including shipping costs.

  5. Consumer rights In Australia, you have certain rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). If the item you receive is not of acceptable quality, is not fit for purpose, or does not match the description, you may be entitled to a refund or replacement. In the US and UK, you have similar rights under consumer protection laws. Nothing in this policy is intended to limit or exclude your rights under these laws.

  6. Fraudulent activity Kellington Fashion takes fraudulent activity seriously and reserves the right to take appropriate action against customers found to be engaged in fraudulent or abusive behavior towards the company.
